"I can’t say enough good things about 2A Electronics! Not only was the owner incredibly fast and accommodating, but he went above and beyond to help me when my phone company put me through the wringer and left me completely stranded. He let me use his personal phone, asked multiple times if I needed water or Wi-Fi, and was incredibly helpful while I dealt with my customer service representative. He was patient, kind, and genuinely went out of his way to help me—especially considering I was a lost, overwhelmed girl with no service, crying in his shop after hours. The level of customer service and compassion I experienced was truly incredible. You don’t come across people willing to go that far out of their way to help a stranger very often. I will absolutely be using 2A Electronics again and will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs a phone repair or wants to sell something. The guy was really chilled and clear in his explanations (telling you what he will fix and even taking pictures of damages to show what was wrong with your device or electronic).
