Water Damage
Liquid damage, moisture exposure, or corrosion occurring after repair
Customer-Caused Damage
Damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling

iOS/Android updates, app compatibility, or software-related problems

2A Electronics Service is NOT responsible for any data loss during the repair process. We strongly recommend backing up all important data (photos, contacts, files) before bringing your device for service.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, bring your device to our store with your original repair receipt within 30 days of repair completion. Our technicians will evaluate the issue and determine if it's covered under warranty.
Unclaimed Devices
Devices not claimed within 90 days of repair completion become the property of 2A Electronics Service.
