Apple Independent Repair Provider

APPROVED

Apple's official program for independent repair shops, granting access to genuine Apple parts, tools, training, and diagnostics.

What this unlocks

  • Access to genuine Apple replacement parts at OEM pricing
  • Apple-certified diagnostics tooling (AST 2, GSX)
  • Listed on apple.com/find-locations as a verified IRP
  • Use the "Apple Independent Repair Provider" logo on website + marketing

Requirements we've met

  • Apple-certified iOS Technician (ACiT) — at least one team member
  • Business license + insurance ($1M general liability)
  • Workshop inspection + part-handling agreement
  • Volume threshold: 12 Apple repairs/month minimum
